When you are staring at the mall location that google maps has indicated, turn around and look directly behind you. It is in the island close to Scarlett Rd."

"I am said friend of Amy and those instructions were not given to me. In fact the opposite. Customer Service:0/10 But as Amy had stated CVS made it the easiest process I had ever experienced. Went straight to the register, they scanned my code, took the item (in the original packaging that Amazon had shipped it in) and texted me a receipt. In and out .... even ended up picking up a few things I need for my house! No Resonse Needed."

"I drove my best friend to drop off an Amazon return. He had it boxed, labeled, and taped. Kids rollerblades, for size reference. He was told that they wouldn’t be able to send it in the box he had it in, which was the box it was shipped to him in. The worst part is they wanted to charge him 12$ to put it in a “shipping box”. Amazon said it was free, and it should be. I told him CVS pharmacy will accept any UPS return so long as you have it boxed and labeled FREE. Same thing goes for Walgreens pharmacy but FedEx instead of ups. Don’t waste your time or money at this UPS store because the one I go to in Greenville DE takes my amazon returns by QR code with no shipping box/bag/envelope for free."
