"I guess I should have read the reviews before I chose this location to have my fingerprints done. Rang the door bell, called the phone number like 50 times. No answer. No fingerprints. Smh"

"Had an appointment scheduled for 9:50 am today (August 8, 2023) I arrived at around 9:30 am, there was a sign stating to wait in your vehicle until your appointment time. I waited. Come my time, no one answered the doorbell, both doors were locked, I called the number listed on Google-- no answer. I called my agent and she found absolutely nothing wrong with the location on her end, and neither did I. Online it was said to be open, but even according to a place that was in the same building said no one was in there from what they could hear. This was extremely frustrating as I had to drive all the way there just to not be able to do what I needed to do, so instead I had to reschedule my appointment (expected to pay a service fee for "canceling" the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment). A lot of others have stated this was a great place to come and gave 5-star ratings, so I expected better. Now if something was wrong personally I would completely understand, but there was no communication on her end."
