"I truly wish I could give a negative score. My daughter took a box containing more than $6k in camera equipment from a store that ships merchandise costing into the tens of thousands of dollars worldwide to this location to be shipped to me. The original box was so well packed with bubble wrap and air pack cushions that the three boxes inside their box did not move or “rattle” around. Because of the value of the contents, my daughter asked 1) for additional insurance, 2) have the box be put it put into another box, 3) 2-day delivery, and 4) be clearly marked as FRAGILE. The original box which, by their store scale, weighed 14lbs, 14.8oz. What the employee did was to remove all the items from my box put them individually into a UPS box measuring 19”x19”x11” (noted as 24lb billable weight on the tracking number slip) and then used the packing from original box without adding any additional packing material. As the box moved through the UPS system, it was battered about so much that 75% of the airpack cushions and bubble wrap were popped and deflated and at some point, along the way, the box was dropped on one corner from a height sufficient to cause damage to one of the boxes inside. Fortunately, the camera manufacturer packaging was sufficient to protect it from being damaged. I would stay away from this location even if I had to drive 50 miles out of my way to ship something. They do not care about you, the customer or what you are shipping avoid them at any and all cost."
