"Unprofessional and rude front desk. Online portal is difficult to use and the front desk is impossible to get in contact with. Would also not recommend Dr.Lim."
"If you want to be treated as you should going to a Dr I wouldn't say go here. You can never get thru to anyone. No one calls you back. You just get leave a message over and over and no response. They do not do as they tell you they will do. The answering service is unreal. No one calls you back. This is a doctor's office you should not be treated this way. I treat my customers better at a grocery store."
"Dr. Lim is a great primary care physician! She helped me a lot with the things I was going through and is really a great listener and doctor, getting straight to the point while caring for her patients. However, I am giving 2 stars due to the office. NO MATTER what you try to do, it always goes straight to voice mail. I could not even cancel my appointment without being brought to a voice mail. You leave the voice mail, no one gets back to you. You call right when they open, straight to voice mail. You try to call during the day, still no one picks up. I'm not sure if it's just a problem with the phones or the office people are not picking up, but it's frustrating not being able to reach anyone."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. We’ve been going there for 20 years, Dr. Agard is the best there but seems difficult to see him. Dr. Lim is very cold and just doesn’t seem to care. The new NP (Sam) has no bedside manner. My mother was in there with him the other day and said she has NEVER been treated that badly! They also never answer the phone. I would suggest finding a new Dr.!"
"After reading through some of the reviews here on Google, it seems as though nothing has changed over the past nearly 5 years, and that leaving a review does nothing to change the ways of this office. However, I am leaving a review in hopes that potential patients do their research before selecting this office. I am not a patient of Dr. Agard, so I cannot speak for Dr. Agard, but my parents and 90+ y.o grandfather are all patients of Dr. Lim, and I have accompanied my family members to appointments as a translator as English is not their first language. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences when meeting with Dr. Lim herself. The issues all arise in the process of getting to be seen by her, the main issues being less-than-pleasant front office staff and extreme lack of time management. It's expected for a typical wait time for an appointment to be at least an hour, and it's close to a miracle if we get seen in under that. My grandfather had an appointment rescheduled for a week later than the original appointment time, and once we arrived at the office, they informed us that they had called us and pushed the appointment back another week. However, we received NO such call - upon bringing up to the receptionist that we didn't receive any calls like that, all she said was that "we called and left a message" and she didn't know what else to tell me. Today is now the day of the SECOND rescheduled appointment. After receiving a call that the appointment would be over the phone and virtual today at 10am, we have now been waiting for over an HOUR for the phone to ring (currently 11:25). Seems like the minimum hour wait time for being seen by the doctor transcends the boundaries of the physical waiting room. Friendlier, competent receptionists and non-outrageous wait times would help this office live up to its name. edit: 11:48 now, called the office to try to reschedule and it went straight to voicemail."
