"After being directed to this location from another FedEx onsite, the gentleman at the front was minimally helpful. He said he couldn't take the airboll because it was missing the shipper copy, which I understood. I took it off thinking I was supposed to keep it if I just brought it to a drop location. I said I understood and if I went and got the paper I had ripped off would I need to bring it into a location or how could I drop it, explaining that I don't live on the area. He basically brushed me off, saying I don't know and there are all kind of rules about liquids which has 0 to do with the literal piece of paper I was trying to send in a prepaid envelope. I'm summation: fedex is the worst and this establishment was too."
