"The first thing I want to say is this review have 0 reflection of NP Gray or McKinley Marlowe! Also this will not be the only review they get from me or my family! I have been seeing NP Gray since 2014-2015, I got an injury while at work and every doctor looked at it like it was my weight and refused to do testing. I ended up getting PTSD from going to doctors and I tried one last one , Gray listened to everything and got me the correct testing and found out that indeed it was not my weight but a real injury. That is not the point of this rating but I did want to put in good words for her! The receptionist for this office is AWFUL, I literally have panic attacks even thinking about calling so much of the time I have a family member call. So recently I had spinal surgery, Thursday I got extremely sick I was dizzy , nauseous, passed out, and I was having problems with my leg. My husband called my surgeons office and told them what's going on to which they advised him to have me call my primary for everything but my leg which they made an appointment for me for this last Monday to meet with the surgeon about my leg. I called TCP on Friday to make an appointment, I told her what my surgeons office again and that I needed to make an appointment. She gave me attitude and said there was a appointment available on Monday, I very kindly asked her to told on one sec because I had a post op appointment on Monday and didn't want to double book the appointments.not even 2 seconds later she copped a bigger attitude and said " Well if you don't take this appointment then your going to have to see someone else or wait until later so your gonna have to choose one" all because I asked her to hold on a sec. I ended up taking the appointment she had because it didn't interfere with post op which is more important than primary anyway, and to add insult to injury I had talked to a staff member back in 2017 and explained that I have PTSD and I don't want to see anyone except someone I'm comfortable with and she put a note in the file so they would stop asking me if I minded seeing other drs unless ots an emergency. Fast forward to Monday I live about 20-25 minutes from this office so my husband and I got up early, and started to leave at 9 40 when we got outside and some of our tires were flat so as my husband was filling it up he asked me if I wanted to call and let them know we may be 10-15 minutes late. I told him absolutely not but he is more than welcome to. He called talked to the receptionist and she told him being late was fine because of the 15 minute leeway but there's no guarantee I would be seen. My husband said okay and hung up and walked back to me and told me, I was mad mad she wanted us to spend $10 in gas for a hope and a prayer. They need to get a new receptionist."

"I've gotta say if I were a new patient looking for a practice and read some of these reviews I would be afraid to go to TCP. That said, I have been a patient of TCP since 2017. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I have received at their practice. For me, the staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous! The NP's (Dominick, Ofili and now Gray) and my former physician (Dr. Namey, now retired) that I have seen have provided me with excellent care. I am always promptly checked in at the front desk and seen promptly by my NP. They are continuing their covid protocols which for me is a must! There's plenty of free parking at my office too!"

"Saw all the horrible reviews and felt like I needed to share my experience. I have seen Dr. Gray for years and I have always been happy with her services. I feel like I am listened to and taken seriously. I always leave my appointments feeling positive. The only issue I’ve ever had with the practice is that the lady they used to have booking appointments was very rude. But I think she is gone now. I have always had a good experience with the front desk and they have always been friendly."

"Don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve been coming here since 2017 and never had an issue with the front office. At worst they’ve been “business like” at best they been extremely nice and accommodating. I see NP Samantha Grey and despite having tons of patients she makes me feel like I am her only one. She remembers very small details of conversations we had years ago. I’m not sure if she writes these things down or has an amazing memory? Either way ; she is very good. Probably my only complaint is the time they sent me a nasty threatening letter for a missed appointment. That was my fault but could have been handled in a more tactful way."
