"I went to URGENT care last night. I was prescribed an antibiotic for a painful infection. I waited for my prescription at my local pharmacy until closing and they never received my script. I called in the morning and got the same story. I called URGENT care back and the receptionist said that she would have to Call it in. Isn’t that nice that it was never done. I called 5 hours later and another receptionist who sound like a someone with narcolepsy answered and mumbled incoherently. She told me that the doctors would need to see all of the patients that are there today of course before calling in a prescription for someone that PAID YESTERDAY. I tried to understand what that meant, are you putting me on hold or calling me back??? Her reply was that before I start YELLING AT HER mumble mumble mumble. I asked to speak to someone that wasn’t falling asleep and she hung up. Thank you URGENT CARE"

"BEWARE! I arrived today for an appointment scheduled online and when I arrived, a note on the door said they were closed since early March 2021. The number on the note just keeps ringing. A passerby said they have continued to take appointments online but have not been open."
