"I chose this place because it had good reviews, little did I know I was wrong. I had an appointment with the dermatologist, Michelle. My appointment was at 1, I did not get seen until 1:45. She was absolutely rude. I told her I didn’t want any products that would bleach my clothing items as I had a bad experience with that before. She went off. Just kept rambling on and on about it, and how “if I had a bad experience previously I don’t need to take it out on her”…. Then starts telling me I need to drink lemon balm tea to reduce my cortisone levels for stress; I’m not stressed out you are clearly. I told her I couldn’t take antibiotics and explained why, she got attitude. The medical assistant was super nice, kudos to her. The receptionist at the check in window was fabulous. The receptionist at the check out station was absolutely rude. Stared at me through the SHUT glass window with a “what do you want face” for 2 minutes before opening it to give me my next appointment date. Was super rude the entire encounter. What ever happened to patient rights? Patient has the right to be heard and respected and participate in treatment plan. Someone needs to study their rights. To the girl at the check out desk, if you hate your job, get a new one….to this place, don’t call me about my honest review; I won’t answer. I’ll just go through my PCP for the medications."

"I have been going here for years but honestly, I am switching derms. I have made appointments for the same issue, yet there still has not been a definite answer as what the diagnosis is. They do not listen nor take out the time for their patients. It's a quick in and out visit that may include a cortisone shot, that's all."

"Very unprofessional!!! If only I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband had a first time appointment there and did all his paperwork online. His appointment was at 4:40pm and we showed up at 4:42pm and he was told he needed to schedule. The receptionist had thee nastiest attitude about it as she told him that he could find some place else to go and we did! Never again!"

"I've been a patient here for two years with no help. I was given two different diagnosis with no biopsies. Doctors aren't attentive or informative. It's usually an in and out, and I don't feel like anyone cares. My problems were not solved. I start going to sunwise. Much better. Do better Burke"

"My experience was great . The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Bright and her assistant were AMAZING on my incision. The procedure went quick and smooth . Excellent work team and i appreciate you all!"
