"I honestly dreaded hearing I had to go to physical therapy, but once I got there it has been a very Positive experience. The whole staff are Very Professional and Extremely Nice and Polite. I Would recommend them to Everyone. Thank You to Everyone that works at Pivot, the Red Haven phycility."
"My experience at Pivot -Dover (Red Haven) location has been wonderful. The staff at the front desk are friendly as they pleasantly greet you when you arrive, the therapists are easy to talk to and are clinically sound in what they do. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have regarding your therapy."
"I have had many sessions for physical therapy for my cervical neck and now for my back. Each sessions has been very therapeutic and benefical for me. The therapists that I have had and am still been treated by are very knowledgeable with every aspect of my therapy so that I can have less pain. I recommend them highly!"
"Stupid Google won’t let me rate at seven stars, but it’s not Pivot’s fault. It’s indescribable the amount of awesome that emanates, even as you walk through the door. Rosie and Jenna are friendly and professional and were expedient in working with the VA to save me time by scheduling back to back appointments for my back and knees. Nicole did a great evaluation, and made sure I understood the goals of my therapy and the exercises. Emily was great to work with as well as I progressed through the physical therapy regimen. And despite the fact that I didn’t get the chance to work with Dennis, he was always happy to greet me, and encourage me throughout. Everyone was truly fantastic, and I will absolutely go back for my future PT needs. Now that I have sincerity out of the way, I’m sure they’d all expect a little friendly chafing. There were two things that I always looked forward to. One was Edna’s magic hands and the dry needling. I saw the needles. They were like normal acupuncture needles with no hypodermics or anything. But when Edna did the dry needling, it was like an injection of relief for my dried out dusty old carcass. Just a pinch, and the knots untied themselves. It was amazing. The second was the electric chair. Oooh, I’d push through my exercises just to ride the lightning. I need to get one of these devices for my house. So for my back therapy, I’d gruel through the exercises, and at the end, they’d put a heated pad on a chair back and Emily would pull the electrodes from the freezer and put them on the sore spots on my lower back. The instant cool was like a commercial advert for York Peppermint Patties. My lower back was skiing through the alps, and then I’d settle and relax into the warmth of the back pad like a jacuzzi at the lodge. We never did figure out how to bypass the safety features as the machine would keep throttling back after 10 minutes, but we did figure out that you can set the machine for 99 minutes (though they’d only let me have 30 [hash tag sad face]). The Whoopi cushions were always inflated, the belly jelly was always warm (and sometimes we could get it to fart), and the ring of doom was always there…just waiting… but it truly was great to work with everyone at Pivot. Thank you."
"From treatment planning to implementation of the plan, the care was excellent. I achieved results for a chronic issue by receiving new "coping" skills to keep my issue at bay or at least lessen the discomfort. Physical Therapist Nicholas is very knowledgable, and adapts the treatment plan to your needs. As a patient in this facility you feel very safe with the exercises, and the staff keeps you smiling and feeling that you are and will accomplish your treatment goals. Along with outstanding care from Nicholas, Emily, and a welcoming smile from the reception staff who insured all your appointments were coordinated I would definitely recommend this location, and return if needed."
