"WORST CASE of professional mismanagement EVER !!! I have never had a Doctors office treat me with lack of respect and just plain LYING to my face save face. The office manager, Lee, is the most unbelievable person I have ever met. After telling me while I was living in Florida, that the Doctor at this location ((Dr Obi ( Onyewu his real name) was what they called him bcuz his real name was so difficult to get right, was a very kind and compassionate person who would have no problem accepting a new patient and I would be able to get a first appointment with him. She told me to call in 4 weeks after I finally moved to Newark DE. I have called the office at least twice a week for the past 3 weeks and left messages for her on every line available and was even told once when I elected to fake changing a make-believe appointment and spoke to another person who informed me that she was on vacation the prior week and if I didn't get a callback by Monday afternoon I should call her again which of course I did only to get the same result...no call back. Out of pure frustration with the lack of respect I received, I decided to visit today September 19, 2022 and surprise this LEE person to find out what the problem or confusion was. CLASSIC RESPONSE OF CONSUMMATE LIAR..."I NEVER GOT THE MESSAGE..although my phone logs showed 12 messages over the past 3 weeks. If the doctor is anything like his employee STAY AWAY..you're life is in danger. I have never left a review this heinous but in truth, SHE DESERVES IT and should probably be severely reprimanded or fired for her immoral treatment of any patient."
