"Overall had a pleasant experience. No wait. Easy to get an appointment. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Physician assistant was great. I gave four stars instead of five because I had a back injury and struggled to get up the curb outside. There was nothing to hold on to. And once inside none of the chair had arms to get out of once sitting so I had to stand the entire appointment."

"Very professional in a compromised setting. Emergency care is out front in the Star Campus complex, Not on the North side. That is the PT office. The PT facility has easy access, not just close parking. At GoHealth there is a large curb with uneven rolled edge. Be careful! We signed in online ahead of time and getting in was a snap. Really friendly staff. Knowledgeable Physicians Assistant did a thorough exam and we were quickly on our way."
