"Came here bc our 3 year old son is sick with an ongoing high fever. He's miserable and cranky and acting out bc of it. I wasn't allowed to go back with my wife and son, to help her with him and be there, bc "there's not enough chairs". Staff is rude. Never again"

"Well, where do I begin? I guess I’ll start from the top at first it seemed like a pleasant experience, but then I started noticing that patients were being called who had shown up after me and I thought well maybe it’s just due to the severity of each person‘s case so after waiting an hour, I decided to check in again And was told by the receptionist that they would look into it shortly after I was invited into the waiting room where I was told that they had simply forgotten about me. In the waiting room we had a couple of beginners, one training the other on how to take my vitals and tests. Then they left and said that it would be a short while longer and then the doctor would come to see me. About two hours later I’m greeted by a woman who tells me that she is the PA. Can you believe that I don’t even get to see a doctor at this point they just sent in a physician assistant to me she says that I can take over-the-counter medicine for the symptoms that I’m feeling, I told her I wanted antibiotics and she says they won’t work and simply leave the room saying I’m gonna get your paperwork. Upon receiving my paperwork, she told I can go now, and just walked out of the room again. Biggest waste of my life and worst experience I’ve ever had . If I go to emergency care unit, I expect to at least talk to a doctor not some PA who doesn’t know what they’re talking about."

"Staff was not friendly. I guess my name was too difficult to pronounce so when the called for me they said patient with last name Holiday. No one ever asked how to pronounce my first name. By the way the doctors name was ten times more difficult than mine. As a nurse I make it a point of asking how to pronounce my patient’s name out of respect. I’ve been there twice and both times there wasn’t a wait. I wonder why. As a consumer, patient etc. read ALL the reviews not just the first couple. I won’t be returning, for many reasons."

"Such a pleasant experience when not feeling well. Tested positive for COVID, got meds right there, wife and I were able to be seen in same room which made it also very nice Everyone was so nice, professional and concerned. I will never go to any other Urgent Care again"
