They lost that role. In July Mescalron my blood was sent for something else when and they just say I'm sorry. 4 errors. No. I see Q. really treat the patient well the direct is failing"

"This is the worst doctor I have ever been to. You can’t get in touch with anyone, you get routed through a call center, and don’t even get me started on trying to return a message they left you! I have been calling all day to talk to my doctor about an insurance/medication question and I have not once talked to the doctor who has the question!! When I finally received a call back, it was from a nurse, not my doctor!!!! I also had a telehealth appointment over the phone about some neurological issues I was having, and instead of referring me to a neurologist the doctor told me to go to urgent care if it happened again! I had to really push for a referral but I got it! I’m so done going here. Looking for a new doctor ASAP especially because they left the network im in and if I hadn’t called my insurance I would have never found out!!"

"Worst healthcare facility I have ever been to. The providers are not thorough. They always act like it's a hassle to do any diagnostic tests. Not to mention, they do not keep your healthcare records confidential. The receptionist discussed my healthcare concerns in the waiting area with a very loud tone (HIPAA violation). I’m sure the whole waiting area overheard. I have a few family members who have also been here and have also agreed that it is the worst facility they have ever been to. I have had way too many bad experiences here and at the bear location that my review would be pages long. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else."
