"HORRIBLE service for a long time customer! I brought the car in at 11 because of air pressure and they were not able to remove the caps! So they put some special chemicals on it and had me waiting about 4 hours to see if they came off. They told me to then just leave the car with them and they will call me when it would be fixed. But no worries I have lifetime guarantee on the good year tires so they say! I was then later told that it indeed wasn’t covered and had to pay for “4” tires to be fixed when it was ONLY 3!! I come back around 5 to only wait for more hours for it to be finally done. The topping on the cake was to find out that I had to pay when I was supposed to be covered and pay nothing per the person helping me from earlier. The BONUS to the long wait was they damaged my dash camera and I found it on the floor when picking up my car. Horrible service! I am extremely upset for being a long time customer and waiting ALL day for a very simple procedure!!!!!!"

"Fanatic service, knowledgeable people, pretty good turn around times for an alignment (20 minutes) with a report of the before and after. As for oil changes it takes a little longer since they’re doing a whole inspection of the car. They have not tried to sell me in to other services from the 3 visits I’ve had. Would recommend for an inexpensive auto service place."
