"Extremely unprofessional and uncaring, huge wait time, kept blaming me for prescriptions being incorrect at the pharmacy, and she wouldn’t even tell me why she was prescribing me heavy medications despite me asking numerous times. I told her I absolutely would not take these medications without knowing why. I had never before been prescribed any medications in this category by my previous psychiatrists. Instead, she skirted the question and talked for 15 minutes about how many famous creative people throughout history suffered from mental health issues. I wish I could leave zero stars."

"Suzy Nashed is very unprofessional! I called to get my prescription refilled which the one I really needed was never done , I called the office 4 times ! And they still never did it ...so she calls me back AFTER hours to complain to ME she’s upset and it’s NOT fair that she’s being bothered... overtalked me and totally dismissed what I tried telling her ... finally I was DONE listening to the nonsense trying to blame me .also said I had an IN office appointment today and missed it , well it was a telehealth appointment. This office is incompetent at best ."

"Whenever I went in, I had to wait at least 45 min past my appointment time to be seen, including one time where I watched her walk into building after I had already been sitting in the waiting room for about 40 min. She also pressured me to go on a medication I did not feel I needed. Lastly, I needed her office to fill out a short piece of paperwork—they charged me $75 and took about a month and a half to complete it, while the other offices who I had fill it out did it in a third of the time without charging me. She is a sweet lady, but I do not respect her practice."

"My experience was identical to the other person. I ALWAYS waited a minimum of 45 minutes each time. My first appointment was almost 2 hours late. I started calling before I came in to ask if she was still on schedule and the staff said yes and I still waited 45 minutes. On my first visit, she rushed me when I tried to explain what was going on and I was put on 2 different medications. Well, after being fed up with each appointment making me late on every obligation after, I switch doctors. The new doctor was floored when he heard what medications I was on. It was treating me for something I didn't even have and was making my actual condition worse. On top of that, the two medications she put me on treated the same thing! I am talking with an attorney and am considering a malpractice suit."
