"Today 8-7-23 I was trying to find a dentist and I called them and they tell me I have to be an established patient for medical and then I can be seen for dental care. What kind of since does that make????? So no I won’t be going there."

Completely unexceptableHave tried customer service line left messages no response obviously they care nothing for people or have professional ethics"

"They keep saying that they are going to send my prescription over and they never do. I’m tired of calling and being on them about my needs. Very unorganized! Had my appointment without my prescription just because they want to send my stuff over to the pharmacy last minute. Never called me about results. I have to keep calling them to make sure i get my medication prescribed. Don’t go here and don’t waste your time."

"I've only had good experiences with Westside. I can usually get a sick appointment the day of or next day, and my providers have all been very professional and nice and helpful. I think the max I've waited in the waiting room for my appointment is 10 minutes, and the doctor usually comes in quickly as well. I love the variety of providers they have, so I can get all my medical needs met by the same place. The one minor issue I've had is it can be difficult getting a hold of your doctor if you just have a question over the phone. But overall I am very happy being a patient at Westside."
