He immediately addressed me and said, “ good morning , I will be with you in one moment “. Furthermore, his hospitality and manners was phenomenal. He gave off great vibes. He was professional and very thorough with explaining everything. He did his best to cater to helping me within my financial limits. It was fast but detailed great service. "I made appointment online for Sunday, grant it was Labor Day weekend and was surprised they were working. I blew out a tire and was told they didn’t have one in stock so it was being delivered to them between 2-3PM. I called to see if it was done. I was told Michelin was not answering the phone so I would have to wait until Tuesday. Ok like I said it was Labor Day weekend. They were very nice and took care of it on Tuesday and I picked up my car after work. I got home and realized the entire front of my car was covered in bird poop, at least 50 spots. Just for future customers, maybe check what the car looks like before returning it to customer. Otherwise would use them again. 2021 Honda HRV Mom."
