"The manager name Kia is a very rude lady!! Not only is she very rude over the phone and does not know how to handle customer questions and concerns but she rushes off the phone, she even more rude in person!! I called to see if a sneaker was in stores and the way she was replying I didn’t like so I came into the store to see if I would get the same energy and did. Lucky there was a nice young lady there who helped me with my questions and also helped me pick out a great shoe, her name was Alexis and I appreciated her help. That lady Kia just gives off mean and miserable!! I don’t know how she’s a manager with that type of attitude. She’s going to come across the right customer one day!"

Purchased online, hit my card for $140- said it was pick up available today - ten mins later i get a cancellation update i did not do and still money taken off card with " oh it will go back on in 7 business days" ..... thanks! now i have to wait another week to get what i needed. To be honest, I didn’t think I was going to receive the level of service I was hoping (too many bad experiences with the public) Anyway I spoke with Chaletta and let me tell y’all, she was super helpful. She went above and beyond for me. I appreciate her service level so much. Please give this woman a raise or a promotion because she deserves it. "This is the worst snipes to shop. the light skinned girl in the front with the tattoos are extremely rude she speaks negatively about the customers then smiles after. possible mental disorder. She didn’t like helping find shoes people needed. She sits there and makes the others do it very very rude young lady. The rest of the staff are really kind. But they have to do better with attitudes especially working in customer service. She shouldn’t be there or working with the public in general."
