"Not that great of a place like I was told. Nurse threw out my urine sample and erased my tests results for the urine sample. It doesn't really help you guys much by doing so. It's less money for the hospital. I didn't feel like I was cared about at all or that I was important. They also do things a little too fast. I definitely won't be back. I would never bring my family here either."

"Where do I start with this place? Came in around 6am with my loved one for their surgery. At first everything went pretty smoothly until we walked through the door. First of all sanitation and safety here are pretty much nonexistent. Every employee I ran into on the surgery floor was maskless and so were the people in the waiting room. I understand not wearing a mask in the outside world but I believe that wearing one in a hospital should be mandatory even though I dislike wearing them. Not to mention these people were coughing and sneezing all over the place. Me and my loved one ended up catching RSV and pneumonia from this place even though we double masked and thoroughly washed our hands, I might suggest you come in a hazmat suit because cooper does not care if you get sick due to their sloppiness. The other thing that really bothered me was that I literally waited in the stagnant waiting room from the time we walked in at 6am until 3pm when I finally had enough and walked to to desk to ask for the condition of my loved one, they never bothered with any updates or anything. Please reconsider coming here."

"I would not send anyone to Cooper Hospital for medical treatment. I am diabetic and need to have an early morning appointment for my condition. First thing they did was to change my surgery arrival time from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm leaving over 14 hours for not have anything to eat or drink at this time. After I arrived and was prepared for surgery the time was now 4:30 pm. At that time they informed me that my operation time had changed to 6:00 pm. About 5 minutes later my surgery was cancelled telling me that one of the doctors (Dr. Bowen, Heart Surgeon ) could not stay for my procedure. The hospital did not care that I was a diabetic, did not care I had to cancel a shoulder replacement that same day for my wife to schedule my critical operation. Did not care that I had to arrange a ride to the hospital and home for myself and my wife. Did not care that I had had to stop my blood thinners for AFib for 4 days putting me at risk for a stroke. And what makes it even worse is that nobody even call me the next day to try to make it right. I was made to feel like I was just a piece of meat, just money in their bank account. They sent us home with a parking voucher to get our car out of the garage. My day ended with me going over 17 hours without having anything to eat or drink. Cooper Hospital tells you that “ Cooper Cares “ “Treatment First”. I am now making arrangements to go to University of Penn Hospital. Respectfully, Joe O"

"I rarely write reviews but after having my son rushed to Cooper Friday and be held until Monday evening I feel compelled to review our experience. This was one of the most difficult experiences of my life but I can not express the gratitude that I have for the entire staff. The nurses were absolutely incredible! They had patience and were full of compassion, knowledgeable, and really took the time to train me so I will be able to care for my son properly and keep him healthy. A huge love filled shout out to Tammy and Julie who kept my son smiling during the whole stay. They are truly angels here on earth and I can never thank them enough for caring for my boy. Every doctor, specialist, and other person who came in were compassionate and really took the time to educate us. Giving my son injections was something that seemed terrifying and impossible but by the time I left I felt confident that I had what it takes to do everything needed. Even the custodial staff was incredible! They were quick to spread positivity and help you keep your head up. I have to make a special mention about Alice Jane, while going above and beyond to clean the room she gave me some inspirational words that I will forever hold close to my heart. She brought me a pen with her counsel inscribed, unfortunately I wasn't there at the time to receive it in person, but those words touched my heart and seemed like a light peeking through the darkness. I will forever keep them with me. This was a terrible, life altering experience that was conquered with exceptional care from a team who remember that patients are people and that are willing to go the extra mile every single time. Yesterday we were discharged and we leave Cooper Hospital marking this event as a positive one thanks to all the amazing people for doing what they do best, care"

"I think this hospital layout is beautiful. All the floors and rooms that I visited on were very clean and polished..Outstanding job to the crew. First impression make a big difference so I thank you. I Also like the idea of the front sign in desk security very perfectional. I like to give a special shout out to PACU unit very helpful you guys are great ,especially Ms. L. Harris,also thank you floor 8,Rn nurse Crystal and lead floor Rn Jessica, you all made this an easy hospital stay and visit. I am truly grateful."
