"Place is horrible!!! If it wasn't for there top notch burn unit or cardiology dept this place would close. I wouldn't be surprised if it closed in next five years, over payed workers and don't do anything I was in emergency room for 14 hrs til I just left, CRAZY RIGHT, best to go to urgent care or another hospital, if u have a life threatening problem I would want to go to another place, u will put ur life at risk going here.. And if u have to go here go in an ambulance or you won't be seen, I watched 12 people in waiting room leave one after another without being seen, how are you making money here, no wonder there broke, I watched the staff flirting and laughing with each other instead of working unreal it's like a hangout for adults, someone needs to get in there and manage this place it could be a money making machine if you get rid of the lazy staff members.."
"I have a rare lung disease that has required 3 lung surgeries. I was diagnosed with COVID and severe pneumonia. I’ve been sitting in the ER waiting room for over 9 hours without being seen. I can hardly breathe. This hospital flirts with malpractice by being negligent. The doctors and nurses only care about collecting a paycheck and don’t care about the patients. Administration only cares about collecting your insurance info so they can bill them. You don’t go to this hospital to live, you go here to die because of the cut rate service."
"They literally killed my grandma inlaw by botching a tracheotomy. They punctured her trach and the blood leached into her lungs causing infection and less to her demize. Recently my grandfather was in the hospital staff treated him well. But since they switched food vendors their food is so bad it's not edible. My grandpa basically starved for 3 days while in the hospital for being low on nutrients. When he got home he couldn't fill his hunger. Absolutely dismal they chose to save money on food while having staff that aren't trained."
"If I could give this -0 stars I would. I got to the hospital at 6PM and was NEVER seen the entire time I was there waiting. I stood till 3AM and finally left. As a pregnant woman experiencing pain you would think that your situation was a priority but NO ONE there was being treated. The excuse was that there were patients who needed to be moved upstairs to make space for beds. It takes you 9 hours to move at least one person upstairs ?! The entire time here I never heard anyone called to a room to be treated. Someone could be dying in the waiting area and they probably wouldn’t get attention. Save your time and go to Taylor hospital instead."
"Nothing to do with the hospital as were not dealing with a hospital visit but with crozers billing department. My daughter had an outpatient X-ray and physician visit. Paid copay and initial bill. That came within a month. Then, several months later (which by the way after 120 days they cannot bill you if never sent an original bill within those 3 months) we get an additional bill for $87. No biggie I try to pay it multiple times but since my daughter turned 18 during the the interim they said they would not process payment because they had to speak to my daughter. I said for what? To accept payment for $87??? This has nothing to do with HIPPA Nor were we asking for any medical information just wanted to pay the bill. The billing representatives were all rude and I was hung up on 4 times!! These reps are dumb as a box of rocks and once they knew I knew the law about HIPPA they got nasty with me because they obviously don’t know what they are talking about. I’m trying to pay a bill and they don’t want or won’t take my money??? No wonder this hospital system is bleeding money and will be lucky if they don’t go bankrupt or close down. You have people who are trying to make payments but won’t take the money?? Yeah that makes sense."
