"Not sure why this “establishment” has a high rating. My best friend went to get her car diagnosed because she’s planning on traveling out of state and her car was making a weird noise. She brought it to middlesex auto, expressed her concerns with front end, ac not working and needing 2 new tires and after 8 days at the shop when she went to pick it up they had stated that they had brought her car to town fair because they do not have a tire machine. While at town fair they broke her wheel lock tool, they then replaced all of her wheel lock with regular bolts and proceeded to charge her for the lesser part. Also in travels from town fair back to their establishment they stated that two of her brake lines broke that were fine at drop off broke and had been replaced also another charge . Then ac needed to be fixed off they sent the car to yet another establishment because they don’t have the tools or capability to do so all this next establishment did was pump full of Freon not search for actual leak and she was charge $400 . Needless to $1100 later and the original reasons for dropping off were never fixed. Do not recommend"
