"I came in on Christmas Eve looking for a pair of red Allberg shoes. The sales assistant, who helped me, Deja, was so helpful and so friendly that she made the experience a wonderful one… And she helped me find the red shoes I wanted."

"This store is great if you'd like to check out all of Allbird's current models and try them on in person vs. dealing with the hassle of shipping back and forth. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and can order anything you need if they happen to be out of stock, and accept returns if yiu ordered something for delivery but want to swap it for something without waiting."

"Very hurt. Walked past the store and their shoes immediately caught my attention. Walked in, everyone looked great, kind of felt under dressed but the first associate that helped was very nice and as she was explaining to me the product and helped me find the right pair of runners. As she was helping me I guess her supervisor told her to stop what she is doing and watch the door to stop people from entering the store as they are closing. I was assured that her associate (the supervisor) will take over. Bare in mind that the supervisor was already assisting other people. I waited for the associate to bring me a pair of shoes and was assured the other person ( the supervisor) will bring them out. I waited 5 min as she (the supervisor) was chatting with her clients, with a sales background I can't hate on anyone trying to make a sale. The associate went to the back of the store then returned carrying a couple of pairs of shoes. Finally! Well she was just bring out a couple more options to the clients that she was assisting and totally ignored me. I waited a couple more minutes until I realized that I was forgotten and left. The thing that sucks the most is that their products are really nice and comfortable. The first associate was amazing. I was really looking forward to spoiling myself with a couple of pairs of shoes for my birthday. But the other associate made me feel low and not asimportant. I guess by how I dressed or looked, because the other people she was helping looked like a million bucks. But I'm a human too.."

"Staff is friendly, place is clean, products are nice. The concept of this store is really cool! Sustainability is really key nowadays, and I’m usually willing to contribute to zero/low emissions companies. Their products aren’t that appealing, though, which is why I wouldn’t pay the amount they ask for."

"It was nice to see the quality of these shoes in person! I bought the Dashers, which are some of the most comfortable sneakers I've found. There's ample support with a cushy heal. The body of the shoe manages to hug your foot without pinching anywhere. The staff at the Walnut Street location were super friendly and helped find the best fit for me from their unisex options."
