"I would have given a 2 star, but with how rude the lady was at the check in, a zero star would be more appropriate. I had pre checked in over a week before my appointment. Online I was trying to reverse my insurance due to it was showing primary insurance in wrong order. I was able to to make the change on the machine in office, but I was having trouble with machine reading my QR code. I asked the lady at front desk if I was doing it wrong. She about jumped down my throat like I was a dog. When she called me up I asked if my insurance was in the proper order, she never answered me. I also told her that all the hand sanitizer machines were empty, she never responded. Just completely the most rudest person ever. If you don’t like your job, get a different one. There’s no need to be treated so mean. She needs to be reported! The tech in the back was awesome, she did a great job drawing blood. The draw rooms really need to be painted, it looked dirty back there. I will ask for my next script to a different facility."
