"I am a Maternal Fetal Medicine Registered Nurse. I went to a different facility in my area other than where I work for healthcare privacy. The technician at this facility Jennifer, was so unbelievably RUDE! This was my 1st ultrasound with my 1st pregnancy. She starts off by storming in the room, doesn’t acknowledge my husband, turns on the sports staticky radio, puts the towel under my pants, pulls up her seat and my husband says, “Oh are we starting?” She glares at him and with an attitude says, “Why wouldn’t we be starting?” He says, “I don’t know, you kind of just jumped into it, I didn’t know.” Then he asks her if she can please turn the radio off. She glares at him again and says, “You’re not going to hear anything.” He said, “Okay but it’s distracting and I want to be focused on this experience with my wife.” She gives him this death stare as she turns the radio off. He scoots closer to her so he can see the monitor and she tells him not to stand over her shoulder she doesn’t like people to stand over her shoulder. So I scoff, then I give him a look he gives me one and I say, “What the hell?” to him. She then says to me, “Do you want someone else?” I said, “Yes!” She storms off and slams the door! So the next tech was super bubbly but I had to pull my RN card and let her know I am a MFM RN that works at XYZ hospital and I let her know I would never speak to my patients like this. She reassures me and says, “Good vibes only with her,” and we proceed to enjoy our ultrasound experience. The new tech must have told her when she left the room because she comes back in and tries to fake apologize, it felt like once she realized I was a nurse. I “mhmmm’ed” her and asked her what her name was. I spoke to her manager after the fact, who was very kind and assured me it would be handled. But it’s like dang! It left a sour taste our mouths during one of the most exciting times of our lives! I really love my job and I am super nice to every single patient I have even the ones who aren’t always easy to deal with. This is my 1st pregnancy and it’s all about the experience and even if it was my 10th you shouldn’t treat ppl so cold and with total disregard! Some people really just hate their life and can’t help but to take it out on others. Meanwhile, my husband and I will never return to this facility, she caused her place of business to lose a patient and now have this sour review on the company. Also, the ultrasound doesn’t print the accordion-like ultrasound photos, it only prints on regular printer paper. The only reason I left 2 star is for the 2nd tech and the manager who were both great!"

"Fast x-ray with appointment. Tech did a good job. I didn't like kiosk check in. Not personable. Front desk did a good job but personal conversation going on felt a little unprofessional. Waiting area floors need care. Second appointment in a few years and same floors needing care. Previous owners "Booth Radiology" always kept building well kept and lobby was clean."
