Then upon my turn he extended the same kindness and patience with me. I have always been to the Branford location because it's closer to home. "Made an appointment for a free tire rotation and the front desk staff were nice, listened to whatever concern I had and demonstrated they were knowledgeable on the type of car I had, services they could offer, and even rim packages that are compatible for my vehicle. I've been coming here for years and I've noticed some improvements this time around (mainly that service has been moving a lot quicker), would definitely recommend to a friend. Shout out to Mike at the front desk for being friendly, customer-focused, and taking initiative to get me in and out ASAP!"

"Tremendously helpful staff. Only docked a star previously because the website needs a major overhaul to bring the pricing in line with the costs in-store (which are usually more competitive!). I’ve now had a full set of tires and several alignments done at the facility. They do great work. Updating my review.
