"Worst place to get an alignment, these guys will see that there’s a problem that will cause your car not to be aligned right and they will still do the job, and when you bring your car back to them they will tell you that your rack and pinion is no good without even taking a second look at your car. take your money and tell you there’s no refund and give you 30 days warranty. Why do an alignment if you see a customer rack and pinion is no good? not everyone has money to fix a rack and pinion within 30 days of your warranty. I’ve personally seen they did it to 4-5 customers ALSO THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. I took my car to another shop after i been told that my rack and pinion was no good and got my car aligned the right way without changing my rack and pinion the guy in stratford said that a lot of people come to his shop after leaving that shop and i also got my money back, because i was video recording them the whole time. Thank god. Don’t go there for an alignment"

"I went in & came right back out. He was over charging taxes to a customer that was before me. I heard the customer say he was charging 33% in taxes when taxes are less than 7%. The owner replied to this review & also assumes I don't know math. Well you sir don't have to be rude I'm just giving my honest opinion and facts of what I heard while I was there in front of both of you please don't be mad and no need to be rude."
