"Received a terrible bruise from blood test and they did not bill my secondary insurance thus receiving a bill which should be covered. I have been a client for many years at others LabCorp locations, but moved closer to the Hockessin,DE location. Never will return there."

"I am puzzled about negative reviews about this office. It opens at 6AM, which makes it good for those of us getting fasting blood draws. The techs there seem to know how to do blood draws painlessly. We have one closer to us in PA, but I drive down to this one for all my labwork. Only one downside. They still make you wear a mask."

"Very disappointed in this place. I really dislike posting negative reviews and wish I could have left a positive one, but I had an extremely bad experience at this LabCorp location. I went here to drop off a urine sample, which seems simple enough. However, I went over two weeks without hearing a word from them or getting any results back. I tried calling multiple times, at different times during the day, and leaving messages requesting a follow-up. I called almost every day for a full week and nobody ever picked up. I checked the online portal for my results…nothing. I then contacted Headquarters, who tried to reach out to them personally, but the phone line just rang and rang. Three weeks later, the manager at HQ got back to me and explained that this Labcorp location had botched my sample, so it was not entered into the system correctly and had to be discarded. I would have been fine with that; I understand people make mistakes. But it was the fact that they went weeks and weeks without ever calling me or responding to my voicemail, and the ONLY reason I even found out is because I went through Headquarters. I would’ve never known otherwise, and they STILL haven’t gotten back to me (it’s been nearly a month now and still no word). Very disappointed in my experience. I ended up having to go to another Labcorp location in Hockessin and got my results back a few days later, no problems at all."

"I have been using this location for several years. I have never had any bruising or felt like they weren't taking care to not hurt me from a blood draw with any of the technicians. 95% of the time the technicians have spoken with me and been very pleasant. The other 5% of the time, honestly I think they are just not 6 o'clock in the morning people. I won't hold that against them."
