"I have visited many Quest locations and this is consistently the worst. There is a big mismatch with what Quest says and what the employees do. I made an appointment and checked in on my phone. However no one called me so I asked an employee named Karen and she told me that my appointment time has passed and they can't help me. On the mobile app, it clearly says that Quest will call you and to not check in at the kiosk but the employees only honor kiosk check in. They also helped a white lady whose appointment was after me while I (brown woman) was waiting for them to call me. Finally they were super rude and tried to shame me in front of other customers for coming late even though I checked in the mobile app at my appointment time."

"I’ve had two great experiences at this location. I have a blood phobia so getting blood work done is extremely difficult for me. The two times I went here, both phlebotomists were great. They checked me in really quickly and had my blood work done within a few minutes. Definitely recommend making an appointment online and adding your insurance information in advance. Get there 10+ minutes in advance too. I was there 20 min early, checked in on the iPad, provided my insurance info and had my blood drawn all before my scheduled appt. They were great!"

"Decent location with plenty of parking. It's in the back of the health complex, so if you feel like you passed it, you didn’t. Just look for the Quest Diagnostics vehicles literally all the way in the back corner. There is a little wait, but not usually more than 10 minutes if you scheduled an appointment prior to arriving. People are usually friendly, and efficient. Have been visiting for almost 10 years, and my experience has always been consistent with customer service, care, and turnaround time for results. I frequented LabCorp my entire life growing up, but Quest has a better app and I like that I get my results faster than my doctor’s office in most times."

"I walked in a hour before closing without an appointment. The tech (Lisa) was incredible and managed to not only register all the customers, but took their blood as well. Very nice, very qualified and no pain! Highly recommend."
