"**Why even bother taking appointments if they mean absolutely nothing?** made a NYS inspection appointment 3 days in advanced and waited 3 hours. Staff is friendly but a complete mess. also was failed for "low tread on the front tires" despite my tread being WELL BEYOND what is required by law. They are just selling tires. NOT AN HONEST PLACE."
