"Stay away from these lying sneaky criminals. I returned a pair of shoes on Saturday October 14th 2023... They said they would email me a receipt. Didn't feel right too me and its my fault for believing these crooks. When I didn't receive the receipt I called to see what happened. They said oh yes we see it in the system, you should receive the receipt shortly. So Monday I called into customer service... They said they see it in the system give it 3 to 5 days to process. Well today is Wednesday the 18th, they charged my card a payment for the shoes that I have returned because the return has not been completed in the system. So I call again. They say again... The return was partially completed... Let me complete it and you will receive a receipt shortly. 5 hours later and now I'm on the phone again with customer service. So they have my shoes and my money... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME... I WOULD BUY A PAIR OF SHOES FROM THESE PEOPLE IF THEY CAME STRAIGHT OFF OF MICHAEL JORDANS FEET"
