"If I can give a negative score I would! WB Mason has probably the worst delivery guy in the company! Jacob apparently never follows any directions on where to deliver the office supplies and loves to just chat with our employees instead of just dropping off the order and leaving. He calls it "milting time" I don't know about WB Masons policy however my employees have enough to do other than "milk time". Very Disappointed!"

"Please save yourself the frustration and heart ache of using WB Mason for any of your furniture needs. Not only is their sales process challenging, but we ordered three HON desks for my office. Two of them showed up damaged. After waiting far to long for a new top for one and new leg for the other, I just was told WB Mason will not be installing the replacement parts, that is on the end user. They would be happy to furnish a quote to fix the parts which arrived damaged... worst customer service/complete lack of caring."
