"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the house and auto museum. The museum collection was outstanding and the fashion exhibit tied in very nicely. The house, we were told, is furnished from items original to the house."
"Auburn Valley State Park straddles the Delaware/Pennsylvania state line. It is a beautiful park that boasts just over 3 miles of hiking trails. There is a variety of elevation and landscapes from Forrest's to meadows. There are both paved and natural trails. Note: You will either need to pay or have a parking pass from March-Nov."
"This is a gorgeous place! Please visit. You will not regret it. Picturesque and a lovely bird blind to observe the fauna. I have seen a wide array of wildlife. When you get on the trails there is not much traffic even at the busier times. You can definitely enjoy some solitude and good views."
"Nice park with around 5 miles of trails, most either smoothly paved or packed gravel, and some dirt trails through the woods or grass trails through the fields. You can bike on the majority of them (I did) but it seems like most people walk or run. Some beautiful views of fields, forest, and river. The trails are very accessible to most people (flat and wide in a lot of places and like I said paved) but some of the ones in the woods are narrow and rocky and twisty-turny. There’s some nice Benches made of old metal scavenged parts, and some wooden picnic tables in verifiably places. There’s also at least 3 parking lots around the park where there’s self-pay boxes ($4 in state, $5 out of state) and a few places you can park nearby for free. The bridge, paths, benches, trail maps, and everything else I saw was well made and new, all in all a solid park, would recommend."
"A beautiful and quiet state park, and a local hidden gem. Particularly, we love the hiking trail behind the Marshall mansion complex. Though the parking lot of “Auburn Valley Trail” is not open currently due to bridge construction, you can park your car near the road and walk over to the trail. A stroll in the park at sunset is a surreal experience! Happy hiking!"
