"Today I went into Ardene in the Fashion District mall. There were 2 employees in the store and no customers. Nobody greeted me,asked me who I'm shopping told me about promos or informed about the Ardene app. The taller female was sweeping up and talking on her phone. It seemed as if she was using a Bluetooth or sometime ear piece since she was talking hand free. The shorter employee rung me up.She did not tell me about starlight or try to add on. I understand how important the Starlight Foundation is during the holidays. Around 7:25pm the taller employee started to closed the gate. The mall closes at 8pm this week. There is no morale or customer service. This is not how you drive business. It's really sad to see employees not care about their job. During the few minutes I was there, I felt like I was a bother and did not feel welcome in there."

"Love love love this store. The prices are super decent."
"I'm never coming back to this store again. First, the cashiers are always terrible. The girls are barely trained, never look you in the eye, and are always gossiping about the customers or cursing in front of them. There's barely supervision. I even visited on a day when they said "there's no manager." I purchased a jacket in November that had a very itchy material inside the sleeves. The return policy on the receipt said (word for word) "all unworn and unused merchandise purchased in-store from October 15th, 2022 until December 24th, 2022 can be exchanged and/or returned until January 31st, 2023." Typical holiday shopping return policy. I tried to return the jacket a few ago, tags attached, and the 2 cashiers told me I missed the deadline of December 24th because "[they] were closed over the holidays" and "the receipt is wrong." They said it was my fault for not returning sooner for a refund regardless. Then the manager came out and misinterpreted the receipt as well, telling me the deadline was December 24th. He refused to honor what the receipt said. After some arguing, they said I could only exchange the jacket because the receipt said "exchanged and/or returned" - as if the "OR" had confirmed that no refunds were allowed. How does that make any sense? I couldn't even get store credit. When I asked the manager to show me whatever sales policy countered my receipt's policy, he said no. This was the final nail in the coffin for me. Rude service, people constantly steal from the store right in front of the cashiers and SECURITY (they don't care), and even the manager was unhelpful and unsympathetic."
