"Hands down the best store to get your shoes. I went to over a half dozen stores on my short visit in Philly looking for a certain shoe. My family mentioned DTLR. So I went! Where the competitor stores not only lacked in-stock products, the customer service was just as disappointing. No one greets you or willing to help. Then if you for help or about an item it’s almost as if you are interrupting them at work. DTLR (especially this location) not only made us feel welcome when entering their store, They even went the extra mile to call another store to check the availability. One left.. I was told they would hold it for me. I couldn’t get there fast enough. lol Anyway, This whole team was great and the positive interaction was also a plus."

"Nice place... Good selection.... Hard to find a salesperson. (No one wears uniforms or name tags so it's hard to tell who's a customer and who's a salesperson.). I stood with a sample sneaker in my hand and looking around the place for almost ten mins. before a guy finally came over and asked if I needed assistance. When I said, "Yes, I need this in a size ten and a half," he says, "Okay, gimme a minute," walks away to help a woman who walked in behind me, then yells for a young lady in the storage room to come assist me!
