"After reading all of the reviews online, I decided to visit LS Men’s Clothing for a bespoke three-piece suit for my wedding. I could not have had a better experience, and Izzy provided the pinnacle of professionalism and customer service. He offered very helpful suggestions and context for the different elements of the suit, and was very patient when I had questions. He even double-checked to make sure I wanted a three-piece and wouldn’t prefer a more affordable option, which I consider a great sign of character. I had a short timeline, but he provided the perfect fit even faster than I had hoped. It really meant a lot to me that I was able to wear such a comfortable and handsome suit on my wedding day. I’ve had a few suits throughout my life, but I’ve genuinely never had one fit me so well. I now look forward to any occasion where I have an excuse to wear it!"

"Izzy worked with me on a custom pair of men's pants. The initial visit was pleasant but the follow-ups were less so. TL;DR: lack of attention to detail, lengthy timelines, high cost. In terms of cost, Izzy charged nearly 500$ for the pair of pants I ordered. The fabric was Italian navy herringbone which Izzy used to justify the cost. Regardless, having shopped around, 500$ for a pair of pants is on the higher end of average for Midtown - so I expected a positive outcome. At my original visit, I provided Izzy with a 'template' pair of pants that fit me well. I asked Izzy to take out the waist and rise slightly - otherwise, I asked for the new pair to be exactly the same as the old pair. I figured that this would help streamline the process for his tailor and reduce/eliminate inconsistencies in the work. Unfortunately, when I received the new pair and wore them, I realized that the pants below the knee were tighter than the template. When I would stand after being seated, the knee and calf area of the pants would stay scrunched up and not fall flat. I brought the pants back to Izzy months later (due to WFH and COVID) and told him about these issues. Izzy reacted poorly when I brought up these issues. He first complained that it had been a while since the pants had been made. When I noted that the pants did not match the template, he refused to work with me until I brought in the original template so that we could compare. I made a second trip and we compared - and as expected, the width of the new pants near the knee was nearly half an inch tighter. Izzy made to brush this off, but clearly this discrepancy was causing issues with the product that had been delivered. If the pants had fit correctly, I wouldn't have even thought to highlight this issue. He went as far as to say "this is the last pair of pants we'll make for you" - implying that I was too picky. I found this amusing as I have little desire to work with LS again on any piece of clothing. I also found this lack of attention to detail surprising as other reviews mention that Izzy is highly detail oriented. After discovering the discrepancy Izzy agreed to rectify these issues and sent the order into his tailor. Izzy told me I'd have the corrected pants in 2.5 weeks - it ended up taking over 5 weeks. The new pants fit closer to the template but don't fit perfectly. At this point I view this situation as a sunk cost and don't foresee going back to LS for another round. Izzy seems like a pleasant guy and the other reviews are glowing. I'm disappointed that my experience didn't reflect this. Perhaps others will have better luck."

Over three dozen custom suits, jackets, and pants, and countless custom shirts later, I cannot imagine buying my dress clothing anywhere else. Izzy gives it his best every time – his sharp eye, attention to detail, and good value are why I keep coming back. His informal, sincere manner makes you think you are dealing with a trusted friend. LS completes orders on time without fail, and the tailors are excellent. In a city which has more than one version of everything, LS is unique in how it combines its products, service, and overall customer experience."
