"O.M.G. Bought my mom a new computer and learned her monitor wasn’t going to connect as it was. I took photos of everything and she didn’t want to go to a certain "other" store, so I googled and said let’s try Staples. I was a little confused when I got there and asked an associate if there was anyone who could help. They pointed me to Omar who was AWESOME! I showed him my pictures and he told me what I needed. When I got back to the aisle and forgot, he came over and found the item for me. I then went to checkout and the lovely Faye rang me up and did a price check for me and I was thrilled bc I had looked online and prices seemed less than the store, which Faye confirmed and applied and saved me. I walked out telling my mom that it was such a great experience. Omar deserves a raise or extra vacation, something! Faye and the other associate - whose name I did not get but was working near Faye. While I don’t live down there now, I would gladly stop there when in the area."

Each time I was greeted professionally, competently, and most importantly received condolences on my loss. At all times I dealt with Quint who was so gracious and so accommodating that I felt the need to thank him publicly in front of other customers for his courtesy and professionalism.
