"My son-in-law bought 3 kapotas in July for his August wedding. Two while in the store, where he was sized, and one online. All three are now unwearable. They were no longer wearable before chag was over. The seams and fabric have ripped. I called the store and spoke with Eliezar, he said it’s not rocket science to sew a couple of seams. I don’t feel I should have to repair almost $1200 of merchandise that is less than 2 months old. I asked for the owner to please call me to discuss. I want a full refund ****Please send me the store contact email. I am unable to find it online.*** We are currently working with the owner to resolve the issue. Thank you."
