"The return policy is terrible. The 15 day return time starts when they ship it, not when you receive it. $10 restocking fee is applied too if returned after the 15 return window."

"We are a restaurant in Dallas TX. Had high hopes ordering chef uniforms from Tilit. Also wanted support U.S. clothing. We have ordered 10 chef shirts. $90-100 per shirts. 8 shirts already have buttons fallen out. 2 we lost the buttons. And we have wore this less than 5shifts. I still can’t believe how these are made for chefs? So we reached out to the management about these problems. They told me to take a pic and send it I did. They said they can give me 5 dollars back. We spent 1grand. On this site. It’s just horrible customer service. Some guys fixed at home. Some guys paid 5 dollars sew back the buttons. Some paid $9 to fix this. It’s not the money it’s more of a quality . If you guys made a batch of clothes and maybe it’s just this batch of shirts. But isn’t recalling the shirts and refunding and protecting your brand image more valuable than making money of a 10 shirts or so? I hope people who read this don’t purchase these shirts. They don’t Even send you back up buttons. Also you guys should wear and check the shirts before you sell it to the customer."

"Had a unfortunate experience with Tilit… placed an order for 2 pairs of pants and never heard back from the brand. They never sent any updates or a tracking number but they did take my money lol. When I tried to follow up they told me it was delivered and there was nothing they could do for me. I spent over a hundred dollars on pants I’ll never get lol"
