My husband and I reached out to the owner via email at the start of July, seeking a conversation about the positive experiences and to share feedback, but we received no response. This level of disrespect is concerning. Numerous other alternatives are available that prioritize constructive dialogue and openness to feedback. It's essential that we set an example for our daughter by embracing these values, which should be an integral part of any reputable institution. I had hoped for a dance studio that not only teaches dance but also embodies excellence in community engagement."
