"Worst experience ever. The woman that works there that’s a little older with short brown hair was SO rude. Rolling her eyes at me, talking to me like she was super inconvenienced and slamming the merchandise down. God forbid she had to do her job and check someone out. I truly hope you find some happiness in order to treat customers with kindness. I will never give this place my business again."

"Great selection of name brand shoes at decent prices! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! I am sure I asked more questions than a typical customer would ,but they didn't make me feel at all like I was annoying them and we even enjoyed a good conversation. This was my first time in this particular retailer and to be honest, I was not sure what to expect. Thought maybe it would be more like a Payless and carry mediocre brands. I stopped in to look at sneakers for my son and was actually surprised to find a good variety that my child really liked and were much less than I had even expected to pay. They also sell socks, wallets, backpacks and handbags/purses too. I'm only sad I couldn't pick up a new Rosetti bag while I was there. I'll definitely be back there to shop again very soon!"

"Customer service is greatly lacking!!! Went in to purchase shoes for a grandchild. They only keep one shoe in the box in the kids section, but the adults have both shoes. The girls at the front of the store are more interested in chatting than working. Felt like I was bothering them."

"Horrible service. I am a grown professional who was buying my kids back to school shoes and backpack. My son chose his backpack and we then proceeded to look for shoes. I am in the back of the store and the manager ask that I take the backpack to the counter in the front of the store. Too worried about people stealing. Not everyone in the Coatesville area is trying to steal. I will be calling corporate. Going to spend my hard earned dollars else where."
