"Never fails to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Let me get it straight that it’s just this TCC and not Verizon. The service model has changed drastically over years which can be great for a customer but when it’s time to upgrade I frown upon taking advantage and recommending top of the line products that sound good but realistically is not needed. I think instead of working for the commission you should look into what fits the customer truthfully needs and can manage. Learning the gaming of the system I am able to research and gather my own information going int to not be confused of the technical terms used to juice up their contracts and i recommend if possible you do the same and buy elsewhere or online. What really irked me this time wasn’t even the upgrade of the deal Verizon gave me, it’s the simple accessories that I spent a price tag on for convenience and was told it was all warranted. Screen protectors were said to have been eligible to be brought back to the store if damaged and be replaced. It was optional to register the product within 30 days with the third party company and receive up to an amount to repair the devices screen if damaged with using the product. Literature in the box only states about the device screen as well. 60$ Verizon"
