"From the initial visit to the showroom, to installation, a exceptional experience. We had first gone to another local showroom, estimator showed up - measured everything, and yet they never delivered a quote (excuse after excuse). By contrast, OC FG installers and Elizabeth were easy to work with. We had three large rooms carpeted and a custom stair runner installed. We had one issue arise with the stair runner, and they took care of us without hassle. Keep up the professional work and customer service!"
