"I had the pleasure of working with KB Kitchen & Bath last month, specifically Javier. I had an excellent experience when I visited the showroom to choose my cabinets, countertops, handles, sink, faucet and back splash. Javier was amazing. He was experienced, professional, kind and patient! My kitchen looks beautiful and I would not hesitate one bit to recommend anyone I know to this business! Renovations are stressful and your excellent customer service helped more than you could ever know! Thank you."
"The lady on the phone, friendly. The guy in the store, not so much. Response to the Owner: I need you to take it personally. Walking into your store and not being acknowledged until I interrupted him is not customer service. If you aren't called out on your behavior, you will continue to deliver poor service. So, I said what I said, address it with your staff...not me."
"I'm only writing this review out of care, in hope it protects consumers like me.In short, I've experienced surprises in three areas: high prices, long delays and misleading communication, which was the worst part. This company sold me counter tops and kitchen cabinets. Both sales were seriously problematic. KITCHEN CABINETS I only went with this company after checking with three others (C & R, Home Depot, AAA) -- all of the other three stores had lower prices: more than $1,000 lower in one case, for roughly the same quality cabinets and roughly the same design. I only picked this store because they promised delivery earlier than the others and we had a tight schedule. Do you think they delivered on time? Wrong!! They promised June 15th. I had the last piece delivered July 13th. So this is the first way I feel deceived by this company: their promised delivery date was highly inaccurate. For a price that's 10-20% higher they should have delivered everything on their promised delivery date. They didn't. COUNTER TOPS The counter tops were my biggest disappointment with the company. I had made it very clear from the start that I was utterly uninterested in the material or stone counter top if it had to be cut in the middle or anywhere and that I was only interested in those that could come in as ONE WHOLE PIECE. We're talking about one 117 inch counter top. It's a simple piece. These guys called me last minute -- near the delivery date of my project -- to push me to have the stone cut in the center -- what a surprise! They should have made that clear earlier. I would have never made that purchase with a center cut. They left me with zero options when they called. They said that they were going to charge hundreds of dollars more if I wanted it in one piece and they scared me off to say that it's a high risk for it to break if I choose the option of full-stone. I felt forced to agree to their threat of risk and agreed to cut the stone in half. Later, after it was installed, I asked an expert to verify and he told me "this counter top could easily be installed in one piece". Yes, it would have been less convenient for this store, perhaps requiring another person to help carry the one piece, which means a labor cost - I don't know why they wanted to cut it in half but I can tell you that they didn't need to, as verified by an expert. It does not feel like these guys have the customer's satisfaction as a top priority."
"Javier is dream thus the two stars. If not for him I would have left. We've used KB and Javier 3 times now. We have been rudely interrupted by other employees with issues while working with him. We went last week during a Covid surge. I was happy to see the front door plastered with "mask required" signs. Only they weren't required of the employees. Everyone behind the service area was without a mask. Some guy (owner?) sitting in his open office, no mask.. Girl at the front desk, no mask. All of them sitting or standing next to signs stating "mask must cover nose and mouth for entire visit"."
"I had a great experience with Kitchen & Bath Wholesalers. I spent quite a bit of time working with Javier and found that he was extremely patient, showing me all of the different brands and lines of cabinets. I had visited 6 other kitchen cabinet companies prior to going to K&B Wholesalers. The other places pushed me toward particular cabinet brands making me think they were getting incentives from the cabinet companies or they had too much of a particular brand in their inventory and they needed to move it. I never felt any pressure or hard-sell tactics from Javier. He answered my numerous questions knowledgeably, honestly and patiently. I changed my mind several times about the type of cabinets I wanted to order as well as how I wanted my kitchen layout to be. Each time I did this Javier reacted as if it was the first choice I had considered and discussed. I truly appreciated that Javier worked with me and stayed within my budget, never trying to steer me towards cabinets I was unable to afford. I did not purchase the most economical line of cabinets, but I definitely did not purchase the most expensive. I bought beautiful cabinets that I have received a lot of compliments about. Javier made wonderful suggestions about my kitchen layout and gave me other suggestions for accessories that I hadn't thought I'd be able to afford. In summary, my experience is that Kitchen and Bath Wholesalers has cabinets for every budget and allowed me to be comfortable with the choices I ultimately wound up making. Javier made the stressful nature of a complete kitchen remodel, much less stressful and easier than I know it would have been had I chosen a different business to order my cabinets from."
