"Went saw Olivia (Liv) at the Verizon store in Smyrna today and she did a great job helping me and my boyfriend get new iPhones. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones and everything that we were asking about including accessories. You can tell she’s very passionate about what she does and takes it very seriously. She did a great job at helping us.We will be going to her again for future upgrades and accessories and further business overall. Staff was rude and had almost an hour long conversation between themselves about how much they don’t like their jobs, I’m sorry but then quit don’t show up unhappy and make your customers unhappy I see the bad rap for this place is true.
