"Terrible customer service! They came to install my new pool liner while I was on vacation without ever giving a phone call or any type of notification that they would be coming. I turn off my water when I’m on vacation. When they arrived they told me I had no choice but to truck in $800 worth of water from the fire house. Four other liners installed over 37 years and I’ve never had to encounter this kind of expense. Other problems are too numerous to list.I will not be using this company in the future and will not recommend them to anyone I know who needs pool service. Buyer beware."
