"On 8/16/23, I went shopping for back to school sneakers for my two boys at Kids Foot Locker on 72 S 69th St, Upper Darby, PA 19082. My children were able to try on the sneakers picked out by them. At the register with credit card in hand, my 6 year old child says, I need to use the bathroom. I ask could my child use the bathroom at the store. Store employee asked the supervisor was the child able to use the bathroom. Supervisor replied we have no bathrooms for use. I was not able to purchase the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 & Nike Air Max 90 (total $150) at this time due to the issue. If $150 is not enough to use the bathroom, what would be the acceptable rate to use the bathroom?"
"I ordered a pair of sneakers online and this store is who fulfilled the order. They sent out my shoes with only 1 shoe in the box. They do not answer the phones. Now I have to wait for a resolution from customer service if I don’t hear from them by Monday. This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!"
