"Very unpleasant experience and I’d never go back to this place. As another reviewer stated, they’re kids working there. No one greeted us when we came in, they were all in a huddle talking, no one spoke, in fact the person who actually told me to sign in never said hello before she started talking. They were all just very stand-off-ish. The guy who was sitting was even worse. I’d called multiple times before my visit to see what items they accepted, they gave me almost everything back saying it was all summer clothes, when there were only two short sets and 1 short sleeve dress shirt. When asked about the sweatsuits and pants, I was told the clothes were too worn, but my son never wore anything more than 3 times tops. They took part of the play yard and then didn’t even put the top back on my container. I had to look for it. My mother was going to purchase items for my son, but after our experience, she put her items back and we went a few stores down and made purchases. I’d never recommend this place nor would I ever consider going in. This was the first and last time."

"I want to say some important factors about this place. They have great deals with clothing.. however, the environment in that store is horrible. The staff put music on so loud and it’s not appropriate for that type of store. Songs like “put it down on me” that just talk drinking, sex and so on…why can’t it be Disney songs or any kids songs!!?? It’s so loud and it doesn’t fit the personality of that store. But that’s what happens when you have teenagers and very immature people working there and blasting this music while my kids have to listen to it because I wanted to get some things for them. I had mentioned this to the manager already and they do not listen. I am also very hurt the way they treat their customers. I had many incidents in that place and I Shouldn’t be feeling disrespected and degraded. I am a mom of two and have many battles that I am already dealing with in my life, I shouldn’t feel that when I go in I will have to deal with disrespect and rudeness. I have been to many stores and never in my life have I dealt with this type of service. And if you they can’t change their attitude then at least change the music so there is some appropriate music in that place instead of teenagers blasting whatever they feel like putting on that day. So inappropriate and not kid friendly. And it’s sad that after I have already explained this to them and don’t listen that I have to put a review. It’s an awesome store for what they sell and the price but everything else needs major improvement ."

"I have tried to return items a few times and this is the 3rd time ive has items rejected. I do understand that often times things may be a bit worn, but I don't think a lot of the items I brought in were extremely worn or damaged (I do take accountability that one did have a rip on the hip of the jeans though so totally get that one). Last time we had a children's desk and it was not accepted and previously clothes items, as I must have had the season wrong for what they were accepting (so this i understand as well). Some of the items that I was attempting to return had been bought at the shop and my son wore it only a few times, so of course it was worn, but no more so than when we got it. It's just interesting when you get rejected for items but then see some of the items on the racks or the shoes, which are in far worse shape. Seems like it's up to the discretion of the associate accepting the items. I will say though on a positive note, I have purchased many items and have had no issues. I really like the option to get my son some clothing items, as he is under 5 and grows so quick. Today was also the first time that I had a positive experience with an associate too. The cashier who checked me out for my items was very nice and personable. She helped us untape an item that we purchased, so that my son could see the figurines inside and was just really pleasant overall. I do not always have this experience unfortunately, but continue to go because it's close and has items I'm looking for. The other individual today, who evaluated the clothing, didn't really interact much, only when I asked why the items weren't accepted and she said " a bit worn or ripped" (which again I know one had a rip so understand that one and maybe some worn pj's, but some healthy quality items were returned). I'm a bit discouraged from trying to sell back items, but may continue to browse the clothes for purchase"
