"I called twice this year and got the same excuse both times. They couldn't help because of inadequate staffing "due to covid"... Hire employees then. Making excuses to customers is a good way to go out of business. I will say the pool they installed in 1985 is still in great shape. 5 stars on that. Zero stars on customer service this year."

"I really wanted to buy into the great reviews this company gets but sorry, no sale. I called over a week ago and left a message for a return call as I need someone to close my pool and do some plumbing repairs. Since I didn’t get a call back I tried again today. The woman who answered never apologized for no return call from my original message, and she was rather rude when responding to my inquiries. Apparently the website is out of date as to the services they offer. Don’t waste your time with this one folks."

"I just have to say that Piper Pool is the only way to go for all your pool needs. This morning my pool had its scheduled opening. As always I received a confirming call the night before and the technicians arrived on time. Last year we decided to shop around and decided to have Del Val open our pool,just because we thought it would save a few bucks. HUGE MISTAKE! You end up with untrained technicians, and schedules they never keep. Please don't bother to shop around! Go no further than piper! Their crew are the most professional caring individuals. They take pride and never leave anything unturned."
