I was a weekly cleaning customer and never paid just the cleaning fee. There were always additional items on the bill as if they are incented to find things wrong. They always address my concerns and issues as if it was their own family pool. "Don't select Pool Care for if you want quality work or good customer service!! The experience we had at Chadds Ford Spa was unbelievable. We were having problems with our hot tub. On their first visit I wouldn't have known that they were even there if my dog didn't bark! The repair man didn't knock on the door to say he was there. This happened every time they came (which was four times). Then when they were finished with service they never knocked to talk to me about the problem or hand me the work sheet. They left in in the garage! They could not fix the problem the first time because they didn't have the part (understandable) but then charged us AGAIN for coming out when they did get the part (double the labor). When asking them specific questions on the service of the hot tub, it was if we were bothering them! My husband called to discuss the charges with the office. The response was defensive and rude. When he questioned the women about her responses she started getting quite loud. He decided it was not worth his time to respond to that type of customer service! To say the least we are very disappointed with this company and would NEVER recommend their services. Poor customer service ALL around."

"I bought a house in Chaddsford.And I stopped in Pool Care Specialist to see about getting my pool looked at, and opened .And you know what whey say about your first impression. Well I am glad that I didn't go with it. The crews that they sent out were very nice and knowledgeable. If they saw you during there visit they always said Hi. And also if you had a question they would answer it. And after every visit they gave you a job analysis paper of what they did during there visit that day. So one of the reviews I don't think was fair in stating that they took to long. He had to get the paper work."
