"My child was enrolled between 2019-2020. It is now 2022 and I still have not received her dance recital DVD/video link. The had us as parents sign contracts that included no recordings because they'd have it professionally done. However I never received the keepsake!! Whomever is responding to the emails have lied over and over about when I'd receive it and when I finally received a link it was not valid as in it does not work on any device that I've downloaded it on. At this point I want more than a refund for the DVD as I'm not the only parent they've lied to! I paid her tuition fees in advance and never missed a payment for any additional costs the least I can have is my keepsake which was guaranteed to out family. Yes it's a big deal because I paid and have not had a definite answer of what the issue is. I reached out to other parents as well because THEY ARE BEING SNEAKY FOR SOMETHING WE PAID FOR!!!!"
